I made appointment with Prem @Changi outlet, 13 April Saturday 3pm. When I arrived to see the Closed sign, the place was in shambles. Hanging towels kissing the floor outside, used towels on the sofa and chair. Bloody waste of my time. If you are not open, then don’t accept my appointment. I rather go Clippers, $10 cheaper than you guys. Don’t need your extra wet towel service, after I know where your towels have been.
